Once again Chuck, a fantastic job on the jacket. I've been getting several comments about the jacket like, "That's a great color" or, "I have a relative in the Navy." The big questions I get from people is, "Who was Reuben James?" and "What kind of ship is that?". Of course I love to tell people because they are curious to know. But, I couldn't of told them anything without the great quality you put forth in all the products you sell. Oh, and by the way, the phrase, "It'll keep you warm" is no lie. This jacket is very warm. I just gave one of your hats to my 78 year old neighbor. His ship the USS Dawson APA 79 was sunk for target practice after he served aboard it in WWII.  The last order placed was exceptional... I also wanted to commend you on the fine job with my last order back in September. I spent months trying to find a place to get something to honor the British ship that rescued my dad from the North Atlantic in WW2. Bow Wake came through beautifully. I order two ball caps and they were the best I've had. I liked them so much that this order (USS Champlain) is to replace a Champlain cap that I already have, Bow Wake just makes a better product. Great job.

Hi, Chuck. Just wanted to let you know that we received my dad's hat and jacket in the mail the other day. I was so excited to give him his birthday gift, but I think the better gift was seeing the expression on his face when he saw what was in the box. He had tears streaming down his face and all he could say was, "That's exactly what she looked like" in a choked up voice because the ship had been sunk years ago and none of us had ever seen it. He went on to proudly show me and his grandchildren (who never saw their grandfather like this) where he had served in the radar room. I had read skeptically through your comments before deciding whether or not to buy your product and wondered who would ever write back to you so glowingly, but now I understand. Thank you for making such a high quality product that touched a man to his soul. You truly made this a special birthday for him and me.
